Dingle’s Renowned Food Festival
Planning and preparations are already well underway by Emer and her team at Caifé na Caolóige, with a blackberry themed menu for this year’s Dingle Food Festival Taste Trail. On October 3rd and 4th Blackberry and Goat’s Cheese Tart, Smoked Salmon and Dillisk Paté on Blackberry bread, Black berry and White Chocolate Cheesecake, and Blackberry brownies, will be up for grabs at Lisbeth Mulcahy’s Weaver’s Shop on Green Street on Saturday and Sunday.
