Yes, the “imperfect items” that are online are suitable for use, however we do ask you to refer to our care instructions for care of all of our pottery and to ensure long life.

We are happy to exchange sale or “imperfect” items that are sold during our sale within 14 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the sale items to us.

Refunds are not available on sale or “imperfect item".

Our discounts vary from 10% to 50% on selected stock only. Discounts do not apply to items that are not in stock, orders can be taken during the sale but only at the full price.

Yes, we will continue to add stock daily to our online sale.
