We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Online Returns and Exchange Policies:

We would ask you to return the items as sold, with a valid receipt and within 14 days for a full refund.
If you are happy to exchange the items, please return them to us as sold with valid receipt within 30 days.
For exchanges we can arrange collection and delivery at a cost of €18.50 for National deliveries. (We would ask the customer to ensure the pottery is securely packed before collection. It is not the responsibility of the courier to pack the pottery)
For international customers, the cost of returning the pottery will be at your own expense.
Online Purchases – For items deemed faulty or damaged
If an item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken piece, along with a picture of the box it arrived in, within 2 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
All items broken or damaged during shipping/delivery will be replaced at no additional costs.
If the piece is a unique one/off piece and we are unable to replicate it then we will be happy to offer an alternative piece to the same value or a full refund.
If an item is deemed faulty, please report it to us within 60 days of purchase for a full exchange or a credit note.
For faulty items – we can arrange National collection for you (We would ask the customer to ensure the pottery is securely packed before collection. It is not the responsibility of the courier to pack the pottery) or if you are outside Ireland we would ask you to arrange your own return, include a copy of the receipt of delivery and we will refund the cost of the return.
Shop Returns and Exchange Policies
We would ask you to return the item as sold with a valid receipt or a gift receipt within 30 days, for a full refund.
We would ask you to return the item as sold with valid receipt within 60 days for an exchange or a credit note.
The cost of returning the pottery will be at your own expense.
Taxes and Duties
All of our products include VAT/Tax at 23%. This tax will be deducted for all customers outside the EU.
Custom Duty may apply on deliveries to certain countries; this is on a country by country basis and will be charged by your local Customs office.
Duty charges do not apply to US shipments.
Shipping & Delivery
A contact number and an email address is required for all deliveries.
Delivery will be attempted three times, if the customer is not at home or unable to accept delivery they are liable for the costs incurred.
We advise to supply an address where there is someone available Mon-Fri during working hours.
Signature is required on all deliveries.
